Yes. All models have Velcro pass-through slots. That offer you full access to all vehicle safety features.
So you can route the seatbelt and clip a tether to a harness (never a collar). Buckles stay accessible and usable.

“Bucket mode” are zip-up side flaps that create a snug, tub-like enclosure and add coverage over door sills/seat edges.

They’re water resistant, not watertight or waterproof. The 600D outer and lining shrug off splashes, spills, wet and muddy paws, and wipe clean fast. (For soaking-wet beach days, Easy Clean’s removable base is a game changer.)
